American Le Mans Series
The ALMS pits many of the most exotic, high-tech cars on the planet against each other – piloted by some of the world’s best drivers - on the most challenging tracks in North America. And many of the elite racing vehicles are running on Yokohama tires. The GT class features production-based race cars and select teams utilize Yokohama ADVAN A005 tires in their quest for success. In the GTC class, Porsche 911 Cup cars all compete on environmentally-focused Yokohama ADVAN ENV-R2 racing tires. These tires replace a percentage of petroleum with orange oil and natural rubber while still providing the maximum grip needed on the race circuit.
