Menu and Coronal Share Suzuka Spoils
ROAL Motorsport’s Tom Coronel earned his first win of the 2011 World Touring Car Championship season after Alain Menu earlier sealed victory in the opening race at Suzuka, Japan, on October 21-23 2011.
Celebration for Stanaway
New Zealand’s Richie Stanaway clinched the Yokohama-supplied ATS Formel 3 Cup in the 2011 season’s penultimate race weekend courtesy of a win and a second-place finish at Assen, Netherlands, on September 17-18 2011.
Nykjaer Triumphant in Trophy
Michel Nykjaer secured a stunning double victory in the Yokohama Driver’s Trophy at Suzuka, courtesy of impressive third and sixth-place finished overall.

Advan-Shod Entry Wins MMER
Yokohama-supplied racers achieved great success in the 2011 Malaysia Merdeka Endurance Race, a 12-hour endurance event on September 16-17, where the trio of Nobuteru Taniguchi, Masataka Yanagide and Dominic Ang earned overall victory in the ADVAN-shod Mercedes-Benz SLS GT3.
Rydell Wins STCC at Mantorp Park
Rickard Rydell clinched the Scandanacian Touring Car Cup (STCC) in dramatic fashion at Mantorp Park, Sweden, securing the title by just two points in the last race of the 2011 season on September 24th.
