The Yokohama London VIP Soccer Experience Selection Committee (Committee) administers the selection process for program and determines which players will win the award from a collaborative effort.
If selected, it is the responsibility of the player and the player’s nominating coach or administrator to consult with the appropriate high school athletic department, high school state association regarding his/her allowance to accept this award. In addition, if the nominee is a Potential College Athlete, it is the responsibility of the player and the player’s nominating coach or administrator to consult with the NCAA or other inter-collegiate athletic associations, and/or his/her post-secondary institution’s compliance officer or athletic department director regarding his/her allowance to accept the award.
It is the sole responsibility of the Potential College Athlete and his/her coach or administrator to determine the eligibility of the Potential College Athlete to be nominated for and/or accept the award in the Yokohama Program. Sponsor and their affiliates, assignees, agents, representatives, officers, directors, and employees are NOT responsible for any Potential College Athlete’s compliance with or subsequent ineligibility with the NCAA or other inter-collegiate athletic associations and/or the post-secondary institution by participating in and/or accepting an award with the Program.
