Yokohama Tire Corporation Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility
   Yokohama Tire Corporation Tire Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding Puerto Rico) and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Yokohama Tire Corporation (“Sponsor”), and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their advertising, contest, fulfillment and marketing agencies, (collectively, “Promotion Parties”) and each of their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Yokohama Tire Corporation (the “Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all respects. Void in any jurisdiction not listed above and where prohibited by law, rule or regulation.
    
2. Sponsor
   The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Yokohama Tire Corporation, located at 1 MacArthur Place, Suite 900, Santa Ana, California 92707, Attn: Paris Hull/Geoff Dunivin. To obtain a copy of the winner’s list for an Event or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the above address. All requests must be received no later than seven (7) days after the conclusion of the Event.
    
3. Agreement to Official Rules
   By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant represents and warrants that he/she meets the eligibility requirements set forth herein and acknowledges that proof of legal United States residency, age, and eligibility verification may be required. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
    

4. Sweepstakes Period
   Unless the event is part of a Season-Long Racing Series, the Sweepstakes Period will run for the duration of the event (the “Event”) at which the Sponsor is present and an official Sponsor. Sweepstakes will begin at 12:00 AM local time on Day 1 of the Event and end at 11:59 PM local time on the last day of the Event (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries that are received before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified.

   2025 Events and their respective Sweepstakes Periods are as follows:

   • King of the Hammers - January 30, 2025 through February 8, 2025
   • Jeep Beach – April 25, 2025 through April 26, 2025
   • Pikes Peak International Hill Climb Fan Fest - June 20, 2025
   • Porsche Carrera Cup Road America - August 1, 2025 through August 3, 2025
   • Great Smokey Mt. Jeep Invasion – August 21, 2025 through August 23, 2025
   • Mustang Week Mrytle Beach – September 5, 2025 through September 6, 2025
   • Sand Sports Super Show– September 19, 2025 through September 21, 2025
   • 4 Wheel Jamboree Fall Nationals – September 19, 2025 through September 21, 2025
   • Japanese Classic Car Show – October 11, 2025

   For Events which are collectively part of a Racing Series, the Sweepstakes Period will run throughout the Season, and will include any day that Sponsor is onsite and collecting entries. All races taking place during the year as part of the Racing Series will collectively be considered one Event. Note that Sponsor may not be actively collecting entries during every race during the Series and the Sweepstakes Period shall include only those days where Sponsor is an active on-site sponsor. One Sweepstakes winner will be chosen after the conclusion of the Series. These season-long Events are as follows:

   • Champ Off-Road Racing Series
   • Bassmaster Elite Series Events
   • Electrify Expo
   • Fuel Fest
      
5. How to Enter
   During the Sweepstakes Period, the Sweepstake must be accessed through specified devices at the Event during official Event hours. Complete the survey with all required contact information, and submit as directed. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per household for the duration of the particular Event’s Sweepstakes Period. Entries received from any person, e-mail address, or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If fraudulent methods are used or any other attempt to circumvent these Official Rules is made, all entrant’s entries may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
    
6. Prize Drawing
   There will be one (1) Sweepstakes drawing per Event. The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device of the Sweepstakes. No later than two business days following the last day of the Event, the Sponsor will select a potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via email within three (3) business days after the drawing.
    
7. Winner Notification
   The potential prize winner will be notified by email three (3) business days after winner selection or as soon as reasonably practicable. If such potential winner fails to claim the prize within fifteen (15) days after notification, if the potential winner is ineligible, if any notification is returned undeliverable, or if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and an alternate winner will be chosen. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a potential winner’s failure to receive notices due to such potential winner’s spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for such potential winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. All prizes shall be awarded unless unclaimed by sixty (60) days after the conclusion of the Event. A list of winners shall be maintained by Sponsor and available for review upon request. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
    
8. Prize Details
   One (1) set of four (4) Yokohama tires chosen by the winner. Tire selection is subject to availability and restrictions may apply, as determined by the Sponsor, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize must be redeemed within one (1) year of winning. The fulfillment of the prize shall be handled by the Sponsor. Any installation charges required to redeem prize are not included. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the tire prize is up to $1,000.00. All prizes are nontransferable and no substitution of prizes, including for the cash equivalent of such prize, may be made.
    
9. General Conditions
   In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Sweepstakes is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination, award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any entrant to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney's fees) and any other remedies from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor shall not be responsible for acts of God, government or government agency action or inaction, acts of terrorism, civil unrest or disturbances, riots, work stoppage delays, postponements, inclement weather, epidemics, pandemics, rescheduling or any other event outside its reasonable control. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be void or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the remaining provisions of these Official Rules, all of which shall continue to be in full force and effect.
    
10. Release and Limitations of Liability
    By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agree to forever, release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor and each of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, arising out of or related to such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, receipt, or use of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto), including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the Sweepstakes, including lost, interrupted or unavailable Internet Service Provider (ISP), network, server, wireless service provider, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cellular tower or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing or typographical errors; (d) application downloads, (e) any other errors or problems in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes, the announcement of the winner, the cancellation or postponement of the event, if applicable, the incorrect downloading of the application, the processing of entries application downloads or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; (f) injury, death, losses or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, receipt or misuse of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or (g) a violation or failure to comply by entrant with any provision in these Official Rules. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ aggregate liability will be limited to the ARV of the prize awarded in the Sweepstakes in which entrant entered. As a condition to entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that under no circumstances will any entrant or winner be permitted to obtain any award for, and the entrants and winners hereby waive all rights to any claim(s), punitive, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, or any other damages whatsoever, including attorneys’ fees. In no event will any entrant or winner be entitled to rescind this agreement or seek injunctive or any other equitable remedy. . Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes.
     
11. Disputes
    Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federals court serving the city of Santa Ana, California and entrant irrevocably and forever consents to the jurisdiction and exclusive venue of such courts. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than California.
     
12. Privacy
    Personal information collected from Entrants is subject to Yokohama’s Privacy Policy at www.yokohamatire.com/privacy-policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, you expressly agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
     
13. Taxes
    The value of any prize awarded to a potential winner may be reported by Sponsor to the IRS and state and local tax authorities as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, related to prize acceptance and use not specified herein.
     
14. Rights Granted to Sponsor by Winners
    By accepting a prize awarded from the Sweepstakes winners authorize and irrevocably consent to Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, its affiliates, or their respective agents, licensees, successors and assigns to, where permitted by law and without any further notice, review or consent, printing, publishing, broadcasting, distributing, and using, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the world, the winner’s entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, biographical information, and statements about the Sweepstakes, Event, and prize, as news, publicity or information and for Sponsor’s trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation. Winners shall sign an advertising and publicity consent form and release as a precondition to receiving a prize.
     
15. Use of Data
    Sponsor may collect personal data from and about entrants including, without limitation, an entrant’s name, zip code, email address, physical address, and phone number.Sponsor is entitled to use personal data contained in all entries in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to all personal information uses and disclaimers as explained in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entrant agrees that Sponsor, or its designee, has the right to contact entrant by telephone, text message, email or regular mail. Entrant may opt-out of receiving future communications as set forth in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
