Yokohama Tire’s Mississippi Plant Voted ‘Best Overall Industry in West Point’

Yokohama Tire Manufacturing Mississippi LLC (YTMM) was voted “Best Overall Industry in West Point” by the residents of West Point, Mississippi, the city where the 1-million-square-foot plant opened in October 2015.

“Thank you all for your hard work and dedication which contributed to this achievement!” said YTMM President Osamu Zushi to YTMM employees. “This is a great honor.”

The readers’ choice competition is a yearly event held by the Daily Times Leader newspaper as a way to acknowledge local businesses and individuals around town. Readers nominate and vote for all winners.
